Booking Terms and Conditions

• Payment – cash / cheque / credit cards taken. A small supplement may be charged for credit cards
• Deposit – cost of one night per room
• Open March to December
• Check in – after 4 pm. Check out – by 10.30 am
• No smoking – sorry – no children under 12 years old or dogs
• Cancellation Policy – one night deposit will be charged at time of booking. This will be forfeit if room cancelled up to 14 days prior to visit. Cancellation within 24 hours of visit will be charged the full amount of the stay
